ANDevices' core technology is fabrication of silica-on-silicon
planar waveguides, also kown as planar lightwave circuit (PLC) technology.
Silica waveguide devices can function as multiplexers, demultiplexers,
filters, sensors, attenuators, switches, optical routers, splitters
and couplers. In addition to producing stand-alone optical devices,
this technology offers an efficient hybrid integration platform for
more sophisticated opto-electronic devices that include both active
and passive components.
With a pioneering PLC team having a proven track record of over 20 years, ANDevices has made significant technology advances based on its patented CVD process. ANDevices' technology enables low-cost manufacturing of optical components and provides solutions to break the cost, size, power and functionality barriers in optical networking.
