Job Title: Materials Engineer Responsibilities
include:
• Support Wafer Fab manufacturing & engineering activities
including process
qualification, thin film characterization, modeling, scatterometry,
and surface profiling.
• Responsible for equipment and process upgrades, installs,
chronic problems, and vendor interactions
• Integrate, characterize, and optimize processes for short
cycle-time and process stability, as well as develop effective in-line
controls for process monitoring and establish SPC and DOE.
• Logging and tracking process data and editing in MES system
Requirements and Experience:
• Background in CVD and Thin Films process development and
engineering, with experience in thin film characterization techniques.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Independent and hands-on working style.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience
interacting across a range of functional groups.
• Fluent in MS Office applications.
• MS degree in Materials Science & Eng. + 1 yr. related
industrial experiences.
